Golden Rules From Oneness Teachings Lets start with How to Evaluate Situations?
The Suffering is neither in the Situations (Happening of Things) nor is arising out of Situation. We suffer because we are habituated to relate every thing to the Situation around (Happening of Things) as per our own perspective and judgments.
So when Success Elude, we become frustrated, start blaming the situation and people involved with the situation and Suffer inwardly, start blaming all including self. Some can’t analyze the situations and even take their own life by committing suicide.
The Golden Rule, which should be kept in mind is “ Our External World is the Manifestation of our Inner World”. For the time being keep this as a golden rule and accept.
Having stated the above, we must now analyze that what is Success and why success elude us.
We know (((Success= Intent + Effort + Grace))). Then we need to understand each one of it and understand that how it inter-alias create ripple of disturbances if not understood well.
Intent: Intent is nothing but Firm Desire ( Sankalpa ). For an example, I take the example of an Industrialist-A. The Industrialist-A can have three types of intents for creating an Industry.
(a) Build and Transfer: Where by he develops a property for an Industry and Shells of to an Operator.
(b) Build, Operate & Transfer: He builds the Industry, Operate for a desired period and then transfer
(c) Build & Operate: He builds the Industry and operates it also.
In the event of intent (a) His Efforts are directed towards build and transfer and not on Operations. He receives Grace in that direction from the Lord accordingly. Suppose, the Industrialist-A gets shifted from his intent of Build & Transfer to a faintest of desire to Operate, he gets defocused and his Efforts get diversified and as a result Grace Seizes. In such a scene, people who came in for short term for the purpose of building industry start operating and make a loss. Many a cases operation doesn’t get started because of this inner conflict.
When, the Intents are for (b), the Industrialist must define the number of years of operations clearly, depending on that the Universe arranges such types of Employees and Grace too flows.
In the third case, the intents are very clear that he builds and operates. The Universe start arranging employees to suit the Intent of Build & Operate. However, as soon as the intent of the Industrialist shifts to Build & Transfer in the midst of the Project, Employees, who were mobilized by the Universe to build and operate gets an inkling to move ahead with different Jobs and the Project Suffers. Hence it is very important to check one’s intent. If intent is firm, efforts will be directional and Grace is automatic.
Efforts: It is also very important to review the efforts taken by the Organization /Individuals to see that the Efforts are directed towards achieving the Intents. At the same time, one must always remain in acceptance mood, so that he realizes that “Every Thing that is Happening is Happening for the Highest Good of his & the Company”. If the efforts are misdirected not in conformity with intents they need immediate correction (Either in correcting the intent or in correcting the efforts). Remember the Golden Rule said above. In such an event, where by wrong things manifest in the External World (say an Industrial Project) which are not in accordance to Intent and Effort, one must then check back his inner world seriously::::: cause “ Our External World is the Manifestation of our Inner World”
Grace: The grace is nothing but The Divine Interference in our day to day work. How does Divine Work if all efforts are human driven through human mind? This works well when we accept that Divine exists. That Divine can help us in numerous ways. Learn to accept failures. Sooner you accept and seek Divine interference, Divine start helping. Many a times The Divine give many inner calls, we ignore all those and get rules by the illusion of Mind. In such a case first inner call may be given highest priority. More we surrender to Divine, the Divine awakens our Higher self and start communicating to us. So ultimate success remain in listening to Divine, accepting the Divine and once that happens Divine reveals the cause of failure as against that failure too a success story is written to be experienced later

Contemplative Questions
Here is a set of questions that would provoke you and put you through some soul searching. They are not about religion nor about ethics. They are merely about you.
They are not meant to serve as solutions nor are they meant to lead you anywhere. These questions are meant to serve as tools to discovering yourself.
1) Do you perceive the Presence of a benevolent force guiding, protecting and shaping your life? What name do you give that Presence? When did you best feel this Presence?
2) What is your opinion of God? Is your opinion drawn from religion, books, parents and or your personal experience of life?
3) Do you pray? Do they get answered? How often?
4) Do you think it is possible to relate to the Divine? What relationship would you opt?
5) Here is a story for you - Two fierce enemies once did a penance to placate god and receive boons vying with each other. God appeared to the first man and asked what he wanted. He said "give me twice of whatever you give my enemy". Then God appeared to the second one. Even before God could say anything he asked, "God, would you please tell me what my enemy asked for? On knowing his prayer request, he said, "then God, blind me in one eye."
Now what would you wish for yourself, your best friend and your worst enemy if God gave you a chance?
6) Have you ever experienced a coincidence or chance that seems to have involved so many people and factors that you can't stop wondering if a mastermind was behind this operation? If yes, do you savour the experience often and have you shared it with someone close to you?
