Sri Bhagavan Teaching On How Do We Experience Pain

Namaste Amma bhagvan Sharnam
If there is pain and you really experience the hurt the other person it would stop hurting you. You could do this and see. With your doing you are only speculating. Therefore you never do it. So please do it and discover for yourself what happens.

Suppose a tiger were to be chasing you and there is fear and you experience that fear - you know what will happen? The tiger will stop dead in its tracks. It won`t pounce on you.
That`s why Ramana or somebody else can actually play with tigers but if you go and play you would end up in the tigers belly. But Ramana - when he used to go for walks [he] used to tell his followers to keep a distance because he could have touched tigers, leopards, snakes and nothing would happen. Because he has got no fear. But seeing that if you would go it is dangerous. With you the same tiger would respond differently. So, you do it then you see what happens. The Angulimala was helpless before the Buddha. People used to be terror sick [terrified] the moment they even heard the name Angulimala - you know. But Angulimala was helpless when the Buddha came face to face. So the Buddha has no fear. So you do it and see what happens. With these things must be done - you know. There`s no point in thinking about them or speculating. That`s no use. This is not a kind of dharma talk. This is a do-it-yourself dharma. Do it and see.

Sri Bhagavan Questions & Answers Online

Here are some greatest questions answered by Sri Bhagavan to Sao Paulo, Brazil
December 19, 2009

Broadcast with Bhagavan - Brazil on 19-12-2009

(There is no recorded video or audio for this broadcast.)

Q1: How can I find and fulfill the mission, the purpose of my life?

A1: It is very important for people to discover their life purpose. What happens is that you do not have clarity and you also use your head to think and discover your purpose in life. You might think there is no harm in that. But even if you do not think there can be more clarity, you should take inside yourself: I do not have clarity. And just stay with it. You should not move out of it. And then, from the bottom of your being, you know exactly what is the mission and purpose of your life.

For example, when Gandhi was alive and moving around the country, he did not know how to make India independent. What to do? The British were a tremendous force. And it was not by violence. And he did not know what to do. So he just sat with the truth of that: I do not know. And in a few months, until a given day, suddenly, the thought came to him, we should boycott the British salt. This was a very funny idea. It was a great empire, and become free of that empire? Boycotting the salt. And he thought: yes, that's it. He began playing the mission, and soon billions joined him. And finally we became independent.

This idea is not something we can conceive. What we think about. No. You just get the fact: I do not know. Then suddenly, deep truth, it comes. This happens to any individual, because if you keep quiet, a huge processing occurs inside. If you keep thinking and fighting, you destroy this process. If you just stay quiet, just put this input: I do not know, I wonder - do it, and wait.

Just stay quiet. Sometimes the land must be untouched for a while before you begin to grow something new. So it becomes nourished. Likewise, you must be quiet, quiet activity, not indifferent or asleep. Just stay with the fact that you do not know. You must be intensely aware of it, then it comes. You bring it to light, and if you follow this, you will never, can never fail. So this is how you will discover your purpose in life.

Q2: Sometimes there is a conflict within me, use more of my time to help others grow in consciousness, or use more of my time to earn more money to survive and get a more comfortable life. How could I have a balance between the mundane and spiritual?

A2: Well, suppose you have some work to do, and while you're hungry. The best thing would be to eat first, and then do the job. Similarly, you have needs of self. It is more appropriate to first meet your needs before you get to help others. It is very natural, right and proper fit your needs.

If you do not, then what you do after is what is called: because ?? cultivated. Virtue must be something natural, not cultivated. That is why in Oneness we say, if you are not enlightened, do not behave like this. When you're not awake, do not behave like you are. You have your needs, then why should you focus on other people? It will not work. Your being must be expressed, and your hunger to be filled. And the most curious thing is that you will find that after you have completed your requirements, you will have a natural desire to help others. Not that you force yourself, or something that is contrived, not that you apply or use your willpower, no. Naturally you're going to help others. This is the moment when you will help others. And you become selfless.

Until then, be self-centered. Being self-centered is not wrong. The only thing is that the ego expresses itself in very dangerous ways, it means that you should not be self-centered (acting for your own benefit). You may sometimes think I am expressing myself, but this cannot be self-interest. That's what you should be careful. There is nothing wrong with expressing yourself and also going to help others on the spiritual path, because you feel so fulfilled. This longing is gone, you go to the next step, and your spirit begins to grow. But never deplete your being, and go help others. You're in big trouble sooner or later if you do. So, please, express yourselves. source

Quote From Bhagavan Living In The Present

A beautiful quote from Bhagavan--Living In The Present

"An enlightened one does not suffer because he is constantly living in the present, experiencing every bit of what life is offering him. But for those who are unenlightened, life itself is reduced to nothing but suffering.
To be aware is to be enlightened. The whole purpose of life itself is to live life moment to moment."

We have to be with the present but not thinking about the past or future.
If we keep dwelling about the painful incidents in the past, the same will repeat in future
if we keep thinking about future, it will lead to fear, being with present = being in the presence of amma bhagavan.

it will do samskara shuddhi and remove all mental blocks, traumas etc.
it improves concentration, memory power and awakens intelligence put your attention on what your doing right now, if your not doing any work, put your attention on the body, breathing etc.

Discovering Causeless Love and Limitless Joy Sri Bhagavan Answers

Sri Bhagavan on Discovering Causeless Love and Limitless Joy

Question: Sri Bhagavan to discover causeless love and limitless joy?
What should I do to discover causeless love and limitless joy?

Answer:
One of the most important teachings of the dharma is that the content is not important. How you experience the Content that is important. What ever is happening in your life, you must learn the art of experiencing it. That is the true 'art of living'. The true art of living is to experience fully, totally and completely whatever is going on.

So, mostly what is going on is human interactions, your friends, your relatives, your boss, your children and your family. You are all the time interacting with them because life is relationship. Without relationship you don't exist. So, in this relationship you are transacting some kind of interaction. You may get hurt, you may get provoked, and you may get back some memories, all these are happening.

Whatever is happening, if you can experience fully, as I was speaking earlier, then you will find there is limitless joy. Now, what happens when there is so much joy? It doesn't stop there. It becomes love. Only a happy and joyous person can truly love. An unhappy person cannot love. That love is nothing but attachment, possession...true love comes only when there is true joy and true joy comes only when you experience what ever is going on inside. It is not very difficult.

Practice this for 21 days, if you keep trying it will become natural. What is not natural, what is not easy, I don't teach. There is no point in teaching that. Only what you can do I am teaching. The brain must learn a new pattern of functioning. It takes 21 days for that. After 21 days of practice you will find it becomes easy. It becomes like alcoholic addiction or drug addiction. Why are you addicted? Because it gives you so much joy or happiness or freedom. Same thing happens here also. Only thing is there are no negative side effects. There are very good effects on the other hand. You discover love, compassion. All these things happen.

So basically you must start with pain. You hold that pain like you hold a newborn baby. So carefully you must hold that pain you must know that it is a blessing. You must hold it, you must not condemn or judge it and strangely you'll find it is very painful. It will become pain in the chest region but slowly you'll find, you'll discover a freedom, joy and that will become love.
That is the way to get this causeless love and limitless joy.

Thank you Bhagvan for this great teaching.

Keeping a Good Relationship With Parents Bhagvan Says

Acceptance is the Important factor in Relationships
Bhagavan, what is the most important factor in keeping a good relationship with one’s parents?

Bhagavan:
The basic thing you must know is that whatever they, as parents, have done to you, whatever you do not approve of, was not that they did wilfully; they were made to do those things because they were being controlled by several factors. You must realize that you are nothing but robots.

You are a robot and your parent is a robot. If you can see that, you wouldn’t blame them at all. The way they behave with you would depend on what happened while they were in their mother’s womb, their fundamental childhood decisions, past life vasanas, later day conditioning etc.

If you realize this, then would come acceptance, then would come love and the relationship falls into order. Once the relationship falls into order, everything else falls into order.

Practical Steps to Increase your Success Consciousness

Practical Steps to Increase your Success Consciousness
In terms of success, background and education are not deciding factors. Your ability to continuously focus your mind on positive thoughts, however, is the key factor for success. By positive thoughts we mean a focus on what you'd like to achieve rather than what you can't see or don't have in your life.

There are several powerful techniques that you can use immediately as you embark on your journey of having positive thinking patterns guide you to whatever it is you want to achieve. The effectiveness of these techniques depends on continuous and repetitive exposure to positive messages that trigger positive thoughts.
Create a positive environment

First of all, it is important that you create a positive work and home environment. What are the areas where you spend most of your time during the day? Is it an office, a kitchen, a study, a factory etc.? Is the environment where you spend a lot of your time a motivating place filled with positive messages? Does it inspire you to be creative and have positive thoughts?
For example, if you spend most of your day in an office in front of a computer, install inspiring screensavers or desktop backgrounds. Decorate your walls with inspiring pictures. Have pictures of significant and successful moments on your desk. All these "things" around you affect your thoughts. Make sure that the places you spend most of your time trigger positive thoughts. Once you've established a positive environment, you'll see these your positive messages on a continuous and repetitive basis.

Expose Yourself to Positive and Inspiring Information

A lot has been written about the effects of our thinking on our life. By now many people know that in some way or another, their thinking affects their life. We hear things like: "Think positive. As you think, so shall you be. You can choose to see the glass half empty or half full". Does this sound familiar? And yet, how many people, maybe including yourself, have you encountered who you would truly classify as "positive thinkers"? Probably not too many, right? As soon as we get up in the morning we usually get busy doing things and let our thoughts flow freely as the day unfolds. The amount of information our brain processes in a day is unbelievable. Therefore, it is not easy to constantly monitor our thoughts and make sure they are always positive. We can make a true difference, however, when we consciously chose to expose ourselves to positive, inspiring and uplifting information. Minimize the time you spend processing negative information. Ask yourself what kind of books are you reading, or what kind of programs are you watching on TV. Are they inspiring, encouraging and positive, or do they expose you to information that decreases your energy level?

Affirmations

Affirmations are a wonderful and effective tool to focus your mind on positive thoughts. The best way to use affirmations is to write down what you want to achieve. The important thing is that you write it in the first person, present tense as if it had already taken place. For example: "I am earning $ 50,000. I live in a red two story brick house with an ocean view from my bedroom window." Be as specific as you can in your description. Read your affirmation(s) several times a day.

Visualization

This technique is often used by athletes. It's all about seeing yourself succeeding. Visualization is most effective if you define a few moments each day where you can be at a quiet place without distractions. As you close your eyes, you visualize what it's like to see your goal fulfilled. As you do this ask yourself "What does it look like, how do I feel about it, what does it smell like etc.?" It is like a movie sequence that you keep playing and refining in your mind until it becomes and feels real. Repeat this exercise several times each day.

Affirmations combined with Visualization

The combination of both affirmation and visualization is an extremely strong tool. If you can both say your affirmations to yourself and visualize the achievement of your affirmation at the same time you actually multiply the effectiveness of both tools.

Success Conversations

Each day many of us spend a fair amount of time in transit from place A to B and back. Think about all the time you either spend in your car or public transportation on your way to work and back, the time you invest taking your children to school and back etc. You may want to use this time constructively to increase your success consciousness by having "success conversations" with yourself. You can do this by imagining a situation where you've already achieved your goal and now tell others about it. Say your goal was to lose 20 pounds and be in great physical shape. Your conversation then could be "You know Mary, I just decided to lose 20 pounds and work out on a regular basis and it really didn't take me too long to reach that goal. I now just feel like a new person and get so many compliments on my achievement." Be creative in your success conversations. If your goal is to start your own business, imagine yourself talking to your employees about the stellar results your company just achieved, or see yourself giving an interview to a business news reporter about the success of your company. "Success conversations" is a very powerful in focusing your mind on success. Again, the key is continuity and repetition.

Prayers

Whatever your faith of spiritual orientation may be, prayers are excellent and proven means to materialize your goals. By praying we are asking our creator for help in achieving our objectives. Praying is most effective because it is often connected with a strong faith or belief system. The actual belief in that "As you ask, you shall receive" will drive our thinking patterns and actions to the realization of our goals. Since many people pray each day before they go to bed, it is easy to establish a daily routine.

Talk to your subconscious mind

Whichever of the above tool, or combination of tools, you chose to apply, from a timing perspective we strongly suggest that you also apply it / them right after you wake up and before you go to sleep. Many studies have proven that our subconscious mind is very receptive when we start relaxing before we fall asleep and right after we wake up in the morning. An interesting fact about our subconscious mind is that it unconditionally "believes" whatever we tell it. It is like a little machine in the background that just executes commands without questioning them. Therefore, if we succeed in reaching our subconscious mind with continuous, positive and constructive commands, it will automatically start executing and focus on the materialization of our goals.

Take Action

Last but not least it is incredibly important that we start taking action toward our goals. Often times we simply think that our goals are so out of reach that we don't even know where and how to start which then can lead to not taking any action at all. The good news is that it doesn't really matter how big our goals are. The simple fact that we take action, no matter how small, sends a very strong signal that we are actually in the process of realizing our goal. In other words, we are already moving in the direction of that goal. Remember "Every journey starts with one single step" - Confucius. Let' assume that you'd like to be independent and start your own business. This may appear to be a rather daunting task. However, even if you just start researching about the market, or take a business class at your community college, or think about a name for your business, there are always small but achievable steps where you can take action toward your goal. Remember, the "size" of your action does not matter. What matters most is that you do take action.

Take Decision Taking decision is most important tool. You should take a firm decision that you will put your efforts to become successful and you will put your attention towards success.

Conflicting Beliefs may Not Stop you from Success

Conflicting Beliefs may Not Stop you from Success
Have you ever wondered why two people seem to say the same things, have similar beliefs and ways of seeing things but one fails while the other succeeds? What is happening here? What enables a person to truly achieve something that he desires?

Here’s the insight – it is about having a strong set of coherent beliefs (beliefs that support one another) that override all other beliefs.

The successful person has that, while the unsuccessful one does not. They both have similar beliefs but they don’t have exactly all the same beliefs as each other. It is not possible and it isn’t necessary either. What matters is that they both have the key set of beliefs that relates to the successful or unsuccessful achievement of the goal in focus.

So when we talk about the same goal that two different people want to achieve, they both need to have the same set of beliefs that are coherent and stronger than other conflicting beliefs. Otherwise one will fail while the other succeeds. read on Conflicting Beliefs may Not Stop you from Success

About the star "Moola" and "Life Review"

Questioner: Has there been a time in history where God and humanity were in total harmony? Why did this change?
Bhagavan: We did have such a time. God would just chat with them. In some cases the antaryamin would be eating and drinking with people. Why this changes depends on the energies the Earth receives from the cosmos – it depends on our relationship with the star 'moolam', which in turn results in changes in the human brain.

Questioner: What happens to a person after death? Where do they go? What is the journey after death like?
Bhagavan: Normally after you die you hang around for 3 days. You can see everyone around you still. The person may not know he is dead for 3 days, although one people start weeping they begin to suspect. Doing a proper ritual can help them make a transition. Normally the journey begins after 3 days. It is a very beautiful journey. You meet people along the way that you knew. In ten days you meet the Light. By your clock it will take ten days. It is not as fast as in NDE's. There is a life review. You constantly go into the bodies of those you have interacted with. You judge yourself according to the same standards you use for others, and decide where you want to go. If you think you deserve to go to hell, then you can do so. There is a Christian hell, a Buddhist hell, an Islamic jehenna, etc, not much different from each other. On the other hand, you haven't judged people you will not judge yourself. If you ask for liberation, the beauty is that no matter what has happened in your life, the Light cannot say 'No'

We should have emotional bond with Bhagwan

Question - What is the easiest way to get your grace and how would you like your Bhaktas to be?
Answer by Sri Bhagwan - See, all that I want is, you have to just ask. When you ask you should not say simply - Bhagwan, Bhagwan...that is no use. How do you see Bhagwan - that is the question. Do you see him as a father or a brother or a friend or a son, whatever you want you have to put it in that framework and then there must be that actual feeling that you have towards your father and brother, know. The same feeling must be there. Thereafter it can either be a prayer or it can be an asking or a command, anything, that's not so important.
But is there a bond? You might be very good people but if you don't have a bond you don't get it. So, bond is the secret, emotion should be there. When we say there is a bond, what we mean is there is emotion. Emotion is the telephone line between you and Bhagwan. If there is no emotion, the telephone line is cut. It doesn't work well.

How to End Suffering By Acharya Sri Sri Anandagiriji

How to End Suffering? Suffering is not in the situation (fact) but in the perception of the fact. There is a common belief in the world today that we can transform a situation by changing it. That is called situation content. We think by transforming the content that we are going to be happy with it, but in reality the situation has nothing to do with your happiness or your sadness. It is in the way you look at the situation – the way you perceive the situation.
Very often when something has happened, which you did not expect, which you don't.
like or appreciate, the situation has long past, but you still carry the situation inside of you. You are constantly questioning the situation with, Why? – Why did this happen to me? What could I have done differently? And you try to offer many explanations as to why it happened to you.

You see, the suffering is not caused from the situation itself, but in the way you are questioning the situation, in your inability to accept the situation, and all the reasons you think this happened to you. It is impossible in the current state of the world, and with the karma, that one can become completely free of all problems. Problems are bound to be there, for anybody and everybody – whether they be rich or poor, educated or uneducated or of any class or location.
Problems can be there, but there is no reason for one to suffer, because the situation – the problem – intrinsically does not contain any suffering. When you reach a level of consciousness where you can accept situation in life fully, by being alive to the situation, no matter what the situation is, you will be happy. Oneness Blessing can help you reach that level.Jesus felt enormous Love and Compassion because his brain was wired differently. The Buddha was in the state of immense peace and tranquilly because his brain was wired differently. If you want to feel that peace, if you want to feel that love, it's possible when the changes happen in the physical, grey matter in your own brain.
When your brain is wired differently, then it is possible for you to experience that love and peace. That's what Oneness Blessing does. There is not too much to explain about Oneness Blessing because it is not a technique. It is an act of grace. When the Oneness Blessing is given, there is a neurobiological transformation which leads to love, peace and bliss – whatever you are really looking for, including an end to suffering. Enlightenment (Oneness) or whatever you want to call this state is not a psychological process. It is a biological process. If it were a psychological process then surly by practicing a technique it would be possible to achieve. Since it's not a psychological process, it would be impossible to get there by using a teaching or a technique.
There is no singular definition of Enlightenment, but the way we understand Enlightenment is that it is a state where all suffering has ended – all psychological suffering, and all existential suffering. You live your life with no more sense of isolation. You feel a part of everything; you feel that everything is a part of you. There is the experience of connectedness, and you don't feel separated from others. So when we speak of Enlightenment, we talk of this experience where all division has ended inside where the sense of separate existence is gone. It is this Enlightenment, through Oneness Blessing that is being given to the people. When Oneness Blessing is given, you will find whatever it is that you have been seeking.

All About Oneness Temple - Sri Amma Bhagavan's Precious Gift to the Humanity

All About Oneness Temple - Sri Amma Bhagavan's Precious Gift to the Humanity
The Structure: In all ancient civilizations, not only were some buildings considered sacred, but all architecture was believed sacred. The architecture of different traditions differ in design - the church, the mosque, the Indian temple, the Buddhism, the Jain, Hindu, Sikh...yet they are all sacred. The Oneness Prayer and Meditation Centre is a 3 tiered structure with waiting halls at the ground and middle level and the meditation hall at the top. It can accommodate 28000 people at any given point of time. The meditation hall has a surface area of 2500 square meters and the lower halls have a surface area of 6700 square meters each. The total height of this structure is 32.85m, which includes:

* The height of the meditation hall floor, from the ground level is 12.35m.
* The height of the base of the main tower from the meditation hall floor which is 10.2m.
* The height of the central tower which is 9.8m.

The Oneness Prayer and Meditation Centre has the rare distinction of probably being the only one of its kind dedicated to the cause of setting man totally and unconditionally free, to complete mukti. With many more architectural feats such as a pillar-less 25,640 sq ft hall to its credit, this Centre is indeed a modern day wonder and a blessing.
The Oneness Meditation Centre is designed on what is known as the "Golden Ratio". It has the largest span of 50 m. for a civil structure of pre-stressed beams, which is a box section. 3m. wide and 3m. deep. It is a feat of engineering and design to cast and post tension these 8 criss-crossing RCC beams that take the load of the entire roof structure. It is designed on ancient Indian Vaastu energy principles orientated with entrances to all the cardinal directions. It is designed so that when viewed from any direction, it has the same perspective.

The Centre is specially designed as a three dimensional projection of the powerful Surya Yantra, one among many esoteric sacred patterns extolled in the ancient Hindu scriptures. In the design of this structure, all these ancient knowledge systems have been integrated.

Vaastu and architecture were venerated as the mother of all sciences, as it integrated and expressed the entire culture and spiritual knowledge and mastery of every ancient tradition in each civilization. Indian civilization is one of the rare civilizations and perhaps the only one, which has survived the onslaught of time and preserved its ancient wisdom, knowledge, skills and crafts through the ages, till the modern times.
Energy Studies

In order to understand the approach of our ancient masters, we need to study and research their experiential knowledge. It was and is based on deeper understanding - by means of meditation and yoga, under the watchful eye and guidance of the Guru, master or Rishi - of the subtle energies, that exist and work in every human being, in every building. The understanding is also of the interaction that takes place between the building and the human body.

The ancients speak of harmonizing 3 spaces - GHAT AKASH or body space, GRIHA AKASH or building space and MAHA AKASH or universal space.

The body space refers to the subtle energies that exist in and around our human bodies and their individual and interactive dealings / workings .The different volumes of vaults and spires, designed in the meditation hall from all four sides are based on the proportions of our subtle bodies.

The Annamaya kosha, pranamaya, manomaya, vignyanamaya, envelop and contain each other in an egg shape around the body wider at the head and narrower at the feet. As one progresses from the periphery to the inner part of the meditation hall, one by one all the subtle bodies, of every individual become harmonized, fortified and at one with the energies of creation and the creator.

The entire planning of the meditation hall level 3 is a series of three entrances, each one enveloping the other, symbolizing the human body.

The Griha Akash is the building space that symbolizes the energies of form. Sacred buildings are basically three dimensional yantras or mandalas. We need to understand the importance of the energies of proportion and their secret purposes such as the significance of the golden section (1:1.614) used by the ancient civilizations of Egypt, rediscovered and applied during the renaissance period in Europe and found in practically all sacred architecture. This entire Meditation Centre is built on a raised platform of 130m. X 106m, this is surrounded by a moat of water and large water bodies at the four corners that virtually make it an island. There are cascading water bodies on the central aisle of the main staircase that charge the entire atmosphere with negative ions which in turn energize the human body. Also it helps cool the surrounding air and the impact of high dry temperatures.

The energies of orientation: a) static energy relating to the cardinal directions is used for orienting the buildings, and b) dynamic energy relating to the diagonal directions is used for allocating spaces for different activities.
The Vaastu tradition of architecture explains the energies of the materials used in any building, the nature of their radiations and patterns, and the knowledge of how to use them. For example, when using wood for the frame of a door or window, when fixing the vertical members, a cut section of the wood has to be so placed that it reflects the energies of the living tree, which are its molecular structure. Therefore the root of the tree should be towards the bottom, the top towards the top, the interior facing the interior of the house, the exterior facing the exterior of the house. This principle applies also to the usage of all natural stones and other natural materials. The Centre is built of white marble which has a very high energy level.

Inherent in the design are the understanding of the shape, proportions, numbers, the direction of opening of the shutters and their alignments or non-alignments, as they help convert static energy to dynamic energy. Also the understanding of the staircases which help channel the flow of energy, from floor to floor, clockwise as you climb up, in the northern hemisphere, and anticlockwise for the southern hemisphere. The octagonal staircases at each corner of the Centre are a perfect synthesis of the energies of the cardinal and diagonal directions (static and dynamic) as the stairs channel energy from floor to floor.

The proper usage of colors according to orientations, due to changes in the day and night cycles, shows their harmonizing effect on the color radiations and patterns of our bodies. The subtle and powerful interaction of the different parts of our bodies, namely the head, the trunk, the leg and the entire body are each a support for a subtle body. These are affected by, or in harmony with, the different activities in the different spaces of the buildings and structures.
Oneness is a spiritual organization that draws inspiration from the spiritual vision of its founders, Sri Amma & Sri Bhagavan, namely to set humanity totally and unconditionally free. Extolled by possibly every form of religious and spiritual literature world over as the state of Oneness, Enlightenment, Jeevan-Mukthi, Self-Realisation or Nirvana, this experience of inner freedom has been the primordial quest of mankind since time immemorial. An awakening into Oneness or Inner transformation according to Sri Amma Bhagavan cannot possibly result from mere intellectual understanding or practicing values, but only through a neurobiological transformation in the brain. This process is facilitated by the phenomenon of the Oneness Deeksha (aka) Oneness Blessing, sourced in the divine consciousness of Sri Amma & Sri Bhagavan.

The Oneness Prayer and Meditation Centre has been specially constructed to enhance the phenomenon of the Oneness Deeksha and produce a radical shift in human consciousness. The special structure of this Meditation Centre makes possible an intense field of divine grace, wherein this transition in consciousness from separation to oneness would naturally result in all those who pray and meditate here.

Generous contributions of innumerable friends and followers of 'Oneness' worldwide, combined with seven years of dedicated, incessant toil under the able leadership of Sri Krishnaji (Sri Amma Bhagavan's son) has made possible this marble architectural wonder. The special architectural design of this Centre draws inspiration from numerous world religions like Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity, Islam, thus epitomizing the spirit of religious and cultural oneness. Built in accordance with the timeless principles of ancient sciences, this Centre could be best described as a vortex of divine grace that would initiate a process of awakening into Oneness and God Realisation in all those who pray and meditate here.

The distinct feature that sets apart the Oneness Prayer and Meditation Centre from many other structural marvels of today is that it is dedicated to the complete liberation of mankind and the raising of human consciousness.

What happens in the Oneness Prayer and Meditation Centre? What does it do?

* This Centre is for the people of all religions and faiths. They would have a direct experience of their own god here. Entering this structure itself would act as a Deeksha. Anybody who is entering the hall in a state of prayer or meditation has their chakras activated and kundalini awakened. This Meditation Centre marks the beginning of a new destiny for India and the world's spiritual tradition.
* Meditation in the sacred presence of the golden ball of divine grace would make the ignorant - intelligent, it heals the sick, it blesses the needy with prosperity and gives courage to the cowardly. Seekers across the world come to this Centre to meditate and pray in the presence of the Golden Ball of Divine grace. Their consciousness gets elevated leading to states of causeless love and causeless joy.
* Ancient Indian wisdom enumerates a four fold purpose to life namely Artha (pursuit of wealth), Kama (fulfillment of desires), Dharma (pursuit of inner growth and contribution) and moksha or Mukti (awakening into oneness).
Sri Amma Bhagavan's vision is one that encompasses fulfillment of Artha and Kama, thus resulting in a natural flowering of the heart (Dharma) and ultimately an awakening into oneness (mukti). Their singular passion in life, namely to set humanity totally and unconditionally free gains expression in this magnificent structure call the Oneness Prayer and Meditation Centre.
The Prayer and Meditation Centre stands to fortify and fulfill the 4 fold purpose of life, thus creating a new individual with an entirely new outlook to life and to the world at large. A massive convergence of human aspiration and divine intervention, this vortex of divine grace has been created as an answer to the relentless seeking of humanity over the millennia.
* The sacred precincts of this Centre would greatly augment the descent of the Golden ball of Divine grace, thus magnifying the transformative effects of the Oneness Deeksha/ Oneness Blessing phenomenon multifold. The massive flood of oneness miracles that issue forth includes the healing of the body, mind and spirit, abundance and success in all areas of life, flowering of intelligence and awakening of love, dissolution of self centered misery and the birth of causeless joy arising form contribution and service, awakening into oneness and god realizing to name a few.

Secret Of Building Wealth Bhagvan Way's

Here is a secret to building wealth: before you ever accumulate any substantial sum of money you must gain a wealth consciousness. What is "wealth consciousness"?
It is a consciousness of abundance that recognizes that you deserve wealth and financial rewards in life just for being you. It is a fundamental law of the universe that if you don't think you deserve something then you will most certainly not get it. You must first of all recognize that you deserve something before you will ever receive it.

Those who have it in the back of their mind that they don't deserve money or that money is evil will most certainly find that circumstances dictate that they will experience financial lack regardless of their talent, opportunities and experience. Even if you find this hard to believe, it is hard to argue with the fact that a negative attitude, in and of itself, creates problems of its own. And having a poverty consciousness certainly qualifies as a bad attitude in the realm of finances.

Poverty consciousness is the opposite of wealth consciousness. Poverty consciousness focuses on lack and on the fact that ones needs are never met. This belief system is the fundamental reason that most people do not accumulate wealth. Therefore when they do get money they act like they will never get it again and thus spend it all at one time rather than accumulating it. How much money you make has no bearing if you can accumulate wealth, believe it or not. There are people making incomes twice the median average who still do not accumulate wealth and then there are people making the median income who are able to accumulate wealth. One has wealth consciousness and one does not. It is simple as that.

What can you do to increase your wealth consciousness and build wealth?

First of all you must banish all thoughts of lack. Next you must replace them with thoughts of abundance and realize that there is always enough to go around and that you won't run out of anything. Feel that more will always be coming instead of acting like you will never have it again. Once you have mastered this mindset then you too will begin to accumulate money.

Examine what your own attitude has been towards wealth. Do you have a wealth consciousness or a poverty consciousness? How has your financial situation reflected this belief? Or perhaps you have a wealth consciousness but still no wealth. What is the problem then? The problem is you have only taken the mental steps necessary and not followed through with action.

Integrity is essential in anything but especially when dealing with belief systems and underlying attitudes, which define our behavior. Even after you change your beliefs, make sure you are following up with actions, which are in harmony with those beliefs. Think about what wealth consciousness means to you and try to determine what behaviors and actions you can change to be in line with this new belief.

Sri Amma Bhagavan says Prosperity or Poverty begins with thought

abstract from Study examines link between poverty, mental illness ; read on
By Ami Albernaz

For decades, researchers have known that poverty and mental illness are correlated; the lower a person's socioeconomic status, the greater his or her chances are of having some sort of mental disorder. Yet determining if one comes first - if being poor renders a person more susceptible to mental illness, or if mental illness pulls a person into poverty - is decidedly difficult and the relationship between poverty and mental health has long been assumed to be interactive.
Miracle 1

Sri Amma Bhagavan says that, "Prosperity or Poverty begins with thought"

So, by incorporating Amma Bhagavan's statement with the lines of scientific evidences it is understood that, if a person is born poor, it is due to his previous life thought patterns. But if a person is born rich but becomes poor, it is due to his defective thinking.
At phychology level, the perception should change but at Neuro anatomy level, the neuron tracks must undergo the change for which Deeksha (Oneness Energy Transfer Process) will be the ultimate answer.
Even for wealth, there exists something called wealth consciousness. So those who are immersed in financial crisis are recommended to take deekshas daily besides changing their perception.
Deeksha directly from Sri Murthi : Either you can take deekshas from a Deeksha giver or you can daily touch the Sri Murthi photo of Amma Bhagavan for 3 minutes continuously for receiving the deeksha.

Recent Interview With Bhagavan Answers

If you ask for liberation, the beauty is that no matter what has happened in your life, the Light cannot say 'No'
bhagawan
Questioner: Can you tell us about prayer? How should we pray? Is praying to you or Jesus the same as praying to God?
Bhagavan: If you ask, 'Who is God?' the antaryamin is God. As you grow, the way the antaryamin appears to you will also grow. It can be outside you also, and can take any form – Buddha, Christ, etc. It is the antaryamin who does everything. If you are waiting by the bus stop and want the bus to stop, you can ask your antaryamin. The antaryamin is also the bus driver! For Jesus or Bhagavan to pick up your prayer you must have a bond with them, an emotional connection, and clarity. Unless it is going to harm somebody most prayers will be answered.

Questioner: When we ask Bhagavan a question, how do we know if the answer is from Bhagavan or from our subconscious?
Bhagavan: you must ask Bhagavan to prove to you that it is the antaryamin and not just the subconscious. If it is the antaryamin there is a very nice feeling in the chest region.

Questioner: Can an ordinary devotee become one with God?
Bhagavan: Anybody can become one with God as long as you have a divine being within oneself and you have melted with that and it merges with your antaryamin. You yourself cannot become one with God.

Questioner: You say we can choose to be filled with divine entities. How can we be a help to the world if we are just a container for divine beings?
Bhagavan: If you are enlightened you can be a help to mankind. If you are filled with divine beings you can be a great help. You become a divine being, not just a container for them! When you talk of divine beings taking over, it is the descent of higher consciousness, not like a spirit possession. You experience life as Christ experienced life, not as one possessed by a spirit.

Questioner: How many divine beings can come through in one body?
Bhagavan: There is no limit. In the course of time, perhaps a few weeks, one being could become more dominant. But it is not like we think. They do not fight like us!
Bhagawan's earlier photo

Questioner: Will enlightenment allow me to feel a connection with you all my life or will doubts still come and go?
Bhagavan: Enlightenment will not help much with this. Only a divine being will relate that way. A mere enlightened person will not do that.

Q) What is the easiest way to get your grace and how would you like your Bhakthas to be?

"Answer by Sri Bhagavan: See, all that I want is, you have to just ask. When you ask you should not say simply – Bhagavan, Bhagavan…that is no use. How do you see Bhagavan - that is the question.

Emotion is the telephone line between you and Bhagavan. If there is no emotion, the telephone line is cut. It doesn't work well."

Success Mantra Answer by Sri Bhagavan

4 things to ask yourself before you can succeed.

State of mind: - This is the word I want you to ingrain into your consciousness before you start reading this article. We are the decisions we make, we are our attitudes and our ambitions - and how diluted these are, or how strong they are; are totally dependent on us. If you have lived through life tripping over your own failures that seem to come at you thick and thin, then it's time to stop and think. It's time to re-assess what you are doing and rewrite your life story so that you can let go of your failures. This article will outline 4 things to ask yourself before you can succeed.

Do you have a plan? Life is a strategy. Success is a road you must build yourself to punch through the thickening thickets of failures that seem to grow around you. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Are you happy where you are? What do you plan to do with your life right now that will ensure that you will be happier later on? Come on; it's time to stop floundering around, almost drowning in a sea of disappointment and start the first stroke to that palm tree island of serenity. Have a plan. Look at your finances, look at your relationships, look at yourself. If you are going astray then it's time to correct your course.

Is there something stopping you? Is a past experience or a fear making you hold back? Psychologists all over the world agree that the biggest inertia to succeed that afflicts a lot of people is bad experiences that affect them consciously or subconsciously. Bad experiences can shape our subconscious into the hammer that just keeps banging away at us. It's time to take control of your life and stop letting the past hold you down.

Is there a part of your life that is constantly holding you back? How creative are you in solving this problem yet still being buoyant in life? This is another way to assess your life. It could be your job that is slowly killing you or a 'so-called' friend that seems to always be bringing you down. Carve away at that section of your life and leave it behind. Then and only then can you move forward.

It's time to look at a newer you. It's time for a change. Are you ready for that change? Every little thing you do can help to shape the new man or woman. Gaining confidence has an effect like a tiny snowball down a sharp cliff. Once you get going you can't stop. Wear new clothes, smile more at people, smile at yourself in the mirror. A new you is symbolic both physically an mentally - and it is just the push in the right direction you need.

You are the most important person in the world and you cannot afford to hold on to your failures. Ask yourself this, who is the person that can help you most? The answer should be obvious

Contemplative Questions

Here is a set of questions that would provoke you and put you through some soul searching. They are not about religion nor about ethics. They are merely about you.

They are not meant to serve as solutions nor are they meant to lead you anywhere. These questions are meant to serve as tools to discovering yourself.

1) Do you perceive the Presence of a benevolent force guiding, protecting and shaping your life? What name do you give that Presence? When did you best feel this Presence?

2) What is your opinion of God? Is your opinion drawn from religion, books, parents and or your personal experience of life?

3) Do you pray? Do they get answered? How often?

4) Do you think it is possible to relate to the Divine? What relationship would you opt?

5) Here is a story for you - Two fierce enemies once did a penance to placate god and receive boons vying with each other. God appeared to the first man and asked what he wanted. He said "give me twice of whatever you give my enemy". Then God appeared to the second one. Even before God could say anything he asked, "God, would you please tell me what my enemy asked for? On knowing his prayer request, he said, "then God, blind me in one eye."
Now what would you wish for yourself, your best friend and your worst enemy if God gave you a chance?

6) Have you ever experienced a coincidence or chance that seems to have involved so many people and factors that you can't stop wondering if a mastermind was behind this operation? If yes, do you savour the experience often and have you shared it with someone close to you?
