Live Video Webcast with Sri Amma and Sri Bhagavan for Everyone
on Sri Bhagavans 60th birthday, March 7th, 2009
We are immensely delighted to announce that Sri Bhagavan and Sri Amma will transmit the Oneness Blessing together with the Oneness Beings to everyone who wants to join on March 7th. This will happen through a live video webcast right from the large meditation hall of the Oneness Temple in India. This wonderful and unique opportunity to get in touch with Sri Amma and Sri Bhagavans powerful presence has now been made possible for everyone, regardless if you are a blessing giver or not.

Many ancient traditions world over particularly accord immense significance for the 60th year in one's life for it astrologically marks the completion of an important planetary cycle and is hence regarded as a confluence of highly auspicious energies. It is therefore the heartfelt prayer of countless deeksha givers and deeksha friends all over the world to be in Sri Bhagavan's presence on this day.

As it would be virtually impossible to house millions of interested Indians in the Oneness Temple on this day and for Westeners complicated due to the long journey, it was looked upon other alternatives. Finally the solution emerged to do a live video webcast so that everyone from all over the world is being given the opportunity to partake in this special event.

Until now, these webcasts have been limited to the initiates of the Oneness Training programs alone, as part of the follow-up of their spiritual progress. It is therefore a much-awaited gift for those of you who also whish to experience the presence of Sri Amma-Bhagavan. Amma and Bhagavan represent two inseparable expressions of the one same consciousness. There have been rare occasions in which Amma and Bhagavan have appeared together, and this one will definitely be a very big surprise!

For the first time the webcast will be relayed directly from the Oneness Temple which is a structure specially designed to elevate human consciousness.

The event will primarily include a message from Sri Bhagavan and a meditation in the presence of Sri Amma-Bhagavan for about 15-20 minutes.

Contemplative Questions

Here is a set of questions that would provoke you and put you through some soul searching. They are not about religion nor about ethics. They are merely about you.

They are not meant to serve as solutions nor are they meant to lead you anywhere. These questions are meant to serve as tools to discovering yourself.

1) Do you perceive the Presence of a benevolent force guiding, protecting and shaping your life? What name do you give that Presence? When did you best feel this Presence?

2) What is your opinion of God? Is your opinion drawn from religion, books, parents and or your personal experience of life?

3) Do you pray? Do they get answered? How often?

4) Do you think it is possible to relate to the Divine? What relationship would you opt?

5) Here is a story for you - Two fierce enemies once did a penance to placate god and receive boons vying with each other. God appeared to the first man and asked what he wanted. He said "give me twice of whatever you give my enemy". Then God appeared to the second one. Even before God could say anything he asked, "God, would you please tell me what my enemy asked for? On knowing his prayer request, he said, "then God, blind me in one eye."
Now what would you wish for yourself, your best friend and your worst enemy if God gave you a chance?

6) Have you ever experienced a coincidence or chance that seems to have involved so many people and factors that you can't stop wondering if a mastermind was behind this operation? If yes, do you savour the experience often and have you shared it with someone close to you?
