Sri Bhagavan Video Teachings Youtube Collection

Sri Bhagavan Video Teachings youtube collection.
Here is some list teachings collection video's, most of them are from youtube.

Comparing Ourselves with Others;
Sri Bhagavan shares why we compare ourselves to others, how acceptance is what liberates us and how to arrive at acceptance.
Comparison is essentially sourced in non-acceptance of one's life, parents, body, capabilities or thoughts and emotions.

In resisting the fact and trying to be something that you are not, you suffer from destructive emotions like anger, jealously, hatred, frustration which in turn leads to failure of intelligence.
All problems rise with the failure of intelligence. It is acceptance that liberates you and how does one arrive at acceptance? It is not about understanding, explaining or justifying the situation, but to experience the pain behind it.
As you experience the unresolved emotions that are attached to the situation, all resistance dissolves and you naturally embrace the fact.
This inner acceptance leads to awakening of intelligence and the inferiority complex would naturally disappear.
Time for Reflection:
On what basis, do you compare with others?
Do you suffer from inferiority or superiority complex?
What are your compulsive responses?
Hold a prayer in your heart that you must be blessed with inner acceptance.

Sri Bhagavan - What Happens When One is Not Integral?

Question: Bhagavan, what generally happens when one is not integral? Is there a technique that will help?
Answer: Negative emotions basically arise because of a lack of inner integrity. When we are running away from ourselves, when we are unable to confront what is going on inside, we tend to hide certain things from ourselves which in turn leads to negative thoughts.
Now how to realize or experience these negative thoughts is you have to watch the process of naming. If you stop the process of naming you would instantly be free of all negativity.
The problem is with regard to naming it.
Now suppose a child were to look at a tree. The child would not call it a tree. He would not say it is a coconut tree or an apple tree or make further comments. He merely experiences the tree.
But the problem with adults is you name the tree. If you name it as a negative thought, you are in real trouble. But if you stop naming it, it's just a thought like any other thought. There is no difference between a positive thought and a negative thought except in the naming this a positive thought and this is a negative thought.
If you would watch this process of naming, the naming would stop. When naming stops there is no problem at all.

Contemplative Questions

Here is a set of questions that would provoke you and put you through some soul searching. They are not about religion nor about ethics. They are merely about you.

They are not meant to serve as solutions nor are they meant to lead you anywhere. These questions are meant to serve as tools to discovering yourself.

1) Do you perceive the Presence of a benevolent force guiding, protecting and shaping your life? What name do you give that Presence? When did you best feel this Presence?

2) What is your opinion of God? Is your opinion drawn from religion, books, parents and or your personal experience of life?

3) Do you pray? Do they get answered? How often?

4) Do you think it is possible to relate to the Divine? What relationship would you opt?

5) Here is a story for you - Two fierce enemies once did a penance to placate god and receive boons vying with each other. God appeared to the first man and asked what he wanted. He said "give me twice of whatever you give my enemy". Then God appeared to the second one. Even before God could say anything he asked, "God, would you please tell me what my enemy asked for? On knowing his prayer request, he said, "then God, blind me in one eye."
Now what would you wish for yourself, your best friend and your worst enemy if God gave you a chance?

6) Have you ever experienced a coincidence or chance that seems to have involved so many people and factors that you can't stop wondering if a mastermind was behind this operation? If yes, do you savour the experience often and have you shared it with someone close to you?
